What does XENthrive stand for?

XENthrive is all about thriving with boldness and inclusivity. “XEN” means welcoming to all, and “Thrive” means kicking ass at life. Together, we’re about creating a brand that’s unapologetic, authentic, and here to help you level up your wellness, beauty, and everything in between.

Who the hell are you people?

We’re a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran of the USMC, Black-owned, rural, small business working out of Gretna, Virginia. We don’t have a fancy office because we’re too busy doing real work to save the planet—think planting trees, removing plastic, and cultivating kelp with every damn order. We only offer Good Shit Only. If you’re not into that, well, bless your heart.

Can I stop by your office?

Let’s get this straight: we work from home to keep our footprint small and our hustle strong. So, no, you can’t roll up to our doorstep. We love you, but email us at contact@xenthrive.com. Respect the grind.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship within 24 to 72 hours. Keep in mind that our products are small-batch or made-to-order because quality takes time. During peak seasons, shit might take a little longer—but trust us, it’s worth the wait.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Absolutely. We ship wherever USPS, UPS, and FedEx go. P.O. boxes included.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes, but before you hit that "overnight" button, understand that nature and seasonal craziness might slow things down. We’ll do our best, but we don’t control the damn weather (or shipping carriers).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yep! Orders over $75 get free shipping because we love you. If your order doesn’t qualify, shipping rates are standard and calculated at checkout.

Will my items arrive together?

Maybe, maybe not. We’re not Amazon. Sometimes your items ship separately, but don’t freak out—they’ll all get to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we’re working on it. For now, we’re keeping it stateside with select regional shipping.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days to return your item. Here’s the deal: it must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Basically, don’t send us back something that looks like it survived a bar fight. For full details, check out our Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do. Why? Because we take a portion of every order to plant trees, clean oceans, and cultivate kelp. We’re not digging into that fund to cover your returns, Karen. Be cool, handle your shipping.

How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@xenthrive.com to start the process. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and a shipping label. Don’t send shit back without talking to us first, or it’s going straight to the trash.

What items can’t be returned?

No returns on perishable goods (like ThriveSip Coffees and Teas), personal care products (like XENthrive soaps, creams, or supplements), or custom items. Digital products and final sale items are also non-returnable. Sorry, not sorry.

Can I exchange an item?

Sure, but here’s how it works: return the item first, then place a new order for what you actually want. Simple as that.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. If it’s been more than 15 days and your refund hasn’t shown up, email us at contact@xenthrive.com. Don’t ghost us, and we won’t ghost you.

How does the affiliate program work?
